It has been an exciting week at St Giles' this week especially our transition days at the end of the week, all the children got to see their new classrooms and spend time with their new classmates.  We also welcomed our new Reception Class children who spent some time in Hedgehog class too!

Our Year 6's had the opportunity to visit their new Secondary school and we can't wait to catch up with them next week and see how they all got on.

This week the Badgers invited their parent/carers to join them for lunch on Tuesday and they all had a fantastic time, chatting and eating lunch together.

The Year 6's put on an amazing assembly about the bikeability course they took part in the other week.

This weeks focus in school has been about 'The power of encouragement' and our assemblies were focused on this.

Today the Year 5's had a really lovely time playing Kwik Cricket with lots of other schools at Gosfield School, it was very hot but they all had great fun!

We are looking forward to seeing the Badger parents on Tuesday for lunch with their child.
